4 cups whole wheat flour 2 cup brown sugar
1-1/3 cup all purpose flour 4 tsp baking soda
1 qt butter milk 1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Thoroughly mix all ingredients and pour into greased loaf pans. (Makes 1 large or 4 small loafs.) Bake at 350 degrees, large loaves 45 to 60 minutes and small loaves 35 to 40 minutes. Remove from pans and cool on rack.
