Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 1/2 c. Bisquick
1 lb. pork sausage
8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
2 boxes of Oven Fry seasoned coating for pork
3 beaten eggs
1 large can of whole jalapenos

Directions:
Directions:
Add dry Bisquick to 1 lb. of pork sausage and knead with your hands until mixed thoroughly. Cut top off each jalapeno, remove seeds and make sure to cut a slit so you can add filling. Fill each jalapeno with cheese. Wrap stuffed jalapeno with the pork and Bisquick mixture – roll out a little section of this in advance that you can wrap around the jalapeno. Make sure this layer isn’t TOO thick or it won’t cook evenly. Dip the stuffed and wrapped jalapeno in egg, and dredge in Oven Fry seasoning. Repeat until all jalapenos are stuffed and wrapped, and/or all ingredients are gone. And call Alex or Kendal if you have any questions!  Bake at 325º for 25 minutes.
