Cream Cheese Pastry:
1/2 cup softened margarine
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 cup flour

Filling:
1 tbsp margarine
1 cup finely chopped onion
1 1/2 cup finely chopped mushrooms
1 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp thyme
1/3 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Pastry: Beat margarine and cream cheese til smooth, work in flour. Roll into long thin roll. Mark off, then cut into 24 pieces. Press into mini tart pan to form shells.

Filling: Melt margarine in frying pan. Add onions and mushrooms. Saute, stir in flour, etc. Mix in sour cream, stir til thickened, divide among tart shells. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes.
