★ 1 lb. mild Italian sausage
★ 2 tsp. granulated garlic
★ 1- 4 lb. 7 oz. jar or can spaghetti sauce
★ 2 T. dried parsley flakes
★ 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
★ 1-15 oz. container Ricotta cheese
★ 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
★ 2 eggs, beaten
★ 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated and divided
★ 1-12 oz. package jumbo shells, cooked

SAUCE:
In 5 quart saucepan, brown sausage and garlic. Drain. Add Prego and simmer while making shells.
SHELL FILLING:
In medium bowl, combine mozzarella, ricotta, cheddar, ½ cup Parmesan, and eggs. Mix well. Set aside. In a deep 13x10 baking dish, cover bottom with 2 cups of the meat sauce. Stuff shells with about ¼ cup filling, lay on top of sauce. Cover stuffed shells with rest of meat sauce. Sprinkle rest of Parmesan over top of sauce. Sprinkle parsley over Parmesan. Bake uncovered in 350º oven for 1 hour or until heated through and bubbling.
Makes about 24 shells.
