★ ⅓ cup balsamic vinegar
★ 1 T. brown sugar
★ ½ tsp. salt
★ ¼ tsp. ground black pepper
★ 2 medium red peppers, cut into 1½ inch strips
★ 2 medium green peppers, cut into 1½ inch strips
★ 2 large red onions, peeled, cut into 12 wedges
★ 1 T. olive oil
★ 1 lb. Kielbasa sausage
★ ¼ cup barbecue sauce

.In a 1 cup liquid measuring cup, mix vinegar, sugar salt, and pepper. In a large bowl, toss peppers and onion with oil and coat well. Pour vinegar mixture over and coat well. Double wrap in foil or put in foil grilling bag. Place sausage and vegetables on barbecue grill on medium heat. Brush sausage on each side with barbecue sauce. Cook 15 minutes turning foil bag over at least once, or until sausage is cooked and vegetables are tender. When cooked cut sausage into 2 inch diagonal pieces. Place on platter and cover with vegetables. Makes 4 servings.
