3 tablespoons organic mayonnaise
1/8 teaspoon sea salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/8 teaspoon paprika

Directions:
1. Hard boil the eggs & allow to cool. Peel eggs & slice in half lengthwise.

2. Scoop out the yolk, add it to a cereal or other shallow bowl.

3. Smash yolks with a salad fork, attempt to remove all lumps.

4. Add remaining ingredients to yolks. If mixture appears to be too stiff or dry, add additional mayonnaise, until you have a creamy texture that maintains it's shape.

5. Spoon into egg whites, attempting to divide yolk mixture evenly.

Personal Notes:
This is one of mom & dad's absolute favorite dishes that I make for them when I have the opportunity to visit. They are always so pleased when I make deviled eggs - - you'd think this was a gourmet dish from a master chef! They never last long in their home and it brings me joy to hear mom say, "Did you make deviled eggs? You make the best deviled eggs!" Dad loves them too!
