12 frozen blintzes thawedd
1/2 C powdered sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 stick melted margarine or butter
5 lge eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 C Grand Manier liquer (optional)
1 C soured cream (I use light)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350º. Melt shortening in 13 x 9 casserole dish; add blintzes. Blend rest of ingredients and pour over blintzes. Serve with sourced cream. Bake 1 hour in water bath.
