1/2 C Curaçao liqueur
1 C milk
4 eggs separated
1/4 cC

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Combine berries, orange juice, Curaçao and sugar in bowl and marinate one hour or more. Beat egg whites tills stiff. Melt butter, add flour and blend with whisk. Bring milk to boil, add milk to butter/flour mixture and stir with whisk. Stir in slightly beaten egg yolks, fold in egg whites. Drain liquid from berries and place berries in bottom of buttered/sugared souffle dish. Pour souffle mixture on top of berries, sprinkle with sugar. Bake until puffed and golden brown. Add arrowroot to reserved berry juice and cook until thickened. Serve immediately.
