1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
1 1/2 C ricotta cheese
zest of one lemon
1/2 C flat leaf parsley
1/2 C finely grated Asiago cheese
2 T chopped
Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
1 bunch asparagus (approx 1 lb) trimmed

Preheat oven to 400º. Roll out pastry to a 9 X 13 rectangle. Fold over about 1/2" on all sides to form a crust. Transfer to parchment lined baking sheet. prick crust all over with a fork. Bake 10"

Meanwhile, combine ricotta, lemon zest, parsley, Asagio and capers in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.

Spread ricotta mixture over crust. Sprinkle with more Asiago. Line asparagus across filing. Bake until pastry crust is golden brown...about 30 minutes.
