1 chuck roast cut into bite sized cubes, or pkg beef soup cubes (usually tough so I Prefer to use a roast)
1 medium size onion
1 large can crushed tomatoes
1 large bag frozen vegetable soup mix
4 potatoes cubed
1 tsp Salt
¼ tsp Pepper
½ tsp Garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat in large soup pot
Add onions and let them cook until they become translucent
Add salt pepper and garlic
Add crushed tomatoes and one can of water and cook on medium
Heat for 30 minutes
Add vegetable mix and more water to cover everything, cook for
Another 30 minutes
Add potatoes and cook for 20 to 30 minutes until potatoes are tender
