1 can pineapple (drained, but not dry)
1 can cooked rice (use pineapple can)
1 3 oz pkg strawberry jello (dry)
1 can mini marshmallows (1-1/2 cups aprox)
Add Next Day:
1-2 small bananas
lemon juice
Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Mix pineapple, rice, dry jello and mini marshmallows. Mix together and refrigerates overnight to set. Before serving add 1-2 sliced bananas, coated in lemon juice to prevent browning and about half a carton of Cool Whip. Mix together.
