3 cups white vinegar
2 regular peppers
1 1/3 cup thai chili peppers chopped
12 cups sugar divided
4 pouches liquid certo
red food coloring

Directions:
Directions:
Place vinegar and peppers in blender and puree. Add 2 cups sugar, blend well. Pour into saucepan, stir in remaining sugar, bring to boil. Stir in pectin and bring to a rolling boil for two minutes. Remove from heat, skim off foam. Ladle into hot sterilized jars, leaving 1/4" head room. Process for 5 minutes.
