1/2 lb. ham ball mixture (ground 1/2 ham, 1/2 pork roast)
1 c shredded Co Jack cheese
1 c biscuit mix (dry)
1 tsp finely grated onion
1 tsp Dijon mustard

Directions:
Directions:
mix together shredded cheese and ham ball mixture with hands, until well mixed.
add mustard and grated onion. mix in.
add dry biscuit mix and mix in with your hands until well blended.
Cover with plastic wrap about 1/2 an hour.
Make into balls the size of walnuts.
Place on lightly sprayed baking pan.
Bake 400* 20 minutes.
Makes 18
