2 c flour
3 tsp sugar
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp grated orange peel
1/3 c margarine or butter
1/2 chopped mandrin orange slices
1/4 c milk
1 egg slightly beaten

Directions:
Directions:
lightly grease cookie sheet
In large bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder and orange peel
Using for or pastry blender to cut in margarine or butter until mixture turns to course crumbs
Add orange segments, milk and eggs. Stir with fork till mixture leaves side of bowl and soft dough forms
Turn dough onto floured surface, knead lightly 10x - Roll or pat into 6 inches on cookie sheet
Cut into 8 wedges, seperate slightly
Bake 15-20 minutes at 400 degrees

Topping;
Mix 2-3 T. of confectionary sugar, a little milk and a few drops of almon extract. Mix to consistency to drizzle
Spoon over Scones
