1 lb. powdered sugar
6 ⅔ ounces Bakers shredded cocoanut
4 ounces chopped and pitted dates
4 ounces chopped pecans
4 egg whites

Blend all ingredients 2 minutes on medium speed
Drop by teaspoon on parchment paper onto covered baking sheet
Bake 10-12 minutes, or until lightly browned in 380 oven
