14 ounce package light caramels (50)
⅓ cup evaporated milk
1 package German chocolate cake mix
¾ cup butter
⅓ cup evaporated milk
1 cup chopped nuts
1 cup semisweet mortals

Directions:
Directions:
Melt, stirring constantly, caramels and ⅓ cup milk. Set aside to cool.
Grease and flour a 13" x 9" pan.
Combine cake mix, butter, ⅓ cup milk and nuts.
Stir by hand until holds together
Press half in pan.
Bake 6 minutes at 350
Scatter chips over crust
Add caramel
Crumble rest of dough over all
Bake 15 to 18 minutes
Cool and refrigerate 39 minutes before cutting.
Store in refrigerator.
