½ LB butter
2 cups unsifted flour
½ cup powdered sugar

4 eggs
2 cups granulated sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
4 T unstrained lemon juice, little grated rind
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
Grease long pan

Combine butter, flour and powdered sugar. Mix well and pat in long pan.
Bake crust 15-20 minutes

Step 2
Beat eggs well
Add granulated sugar, baking powder, lemon juice
Pour over crust
Bake 25 minutes at 350
Sprinkle powdered sugar on top
