1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup butter (1/2 stick)
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
9 cups Crispix cereal (Can use plain Chex mix or comparable brand)
1 and 1/2 cups powdered (confectioner's) sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Combine peanut butter, butter and chocolate chips in a microwaveable bowl.
Microwave for 1 minute on high setting, then stir to blend thoroughly.
(Or, use a double boiler on medium heat for 5 minutes or until melted smooth)
Add 1/2 teaspoon vanilla and stir well.

Place 9 cups of cereal in a very large bowl. Pour peanut butter mixture over cereal and toss evenly. Make sure all cereal is coated well.

Shake powdered sugar evenly over coated cereal mixture and toss until all distributed.
