1 (6.9 oz.) box chicken flavor Rice-A-Roni
1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
1 can sliced water chestnuts
3 (5 oz.) cans chicken or 2 cups shredded rotisserie or grilled chicken
1 (7 oz.) can chopped green chilies
4 oz. sour cream
2 c. Pepper Jack cheese, shredded

Directions:

Prepare the Rice-A-Roni as instructed on the box.

Spritz a 13 x 9" baking dish with a nonstick spray like Pam. then add the cooked Rice-A-Roni.

Combine all the remaining ingredients except the cheese. Stir until blended and pour over the rice mixture. Top with the cheese.

Bake at 350º for approximately 30 minutes, the mixture should be bubbly and the cheese melted.
