4 pork chops (1/2 inch thick)
1/2 tsp. salt, optional
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 medium onions, chopped
2 celery ribs, chopped
1 large green pepper, sliced
1 can (14 1/2 oz.) stewed tomatoes
1/2 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 beef bouillon cube
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. water

Mix all ingredients together as a marinade. Place pork chops and marinade in crock pot on low and let it do its job.
