Marinade:
1 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. finely chopped garlic
1 tbsp. chopped fresh chives or 1 t freeze dried
2 tsp. tarragon leaves
2 tsp. basil leaves
1 tsp. ground sage
1 tsp. pepper
3-4 lb. boneless pork loin roast

Sauce for dipping (Jezebel Sauce):
12 oz. jar pineapple preserves
10 oz. jar apple jelly
4 tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 tbsp. prepared horseradish
Mix together and chill

Directions:
Combine all ingredients well. Place pork in plastic bag and pour marinade over and seal. Marinate for 2-3 hours or overnight, turning pork.

Heat oven to 325º. Remove from marinade and place in shallow roasting pan. Roast for 2-3 hours or until meat reaches 170º. Baste with marinade every 30 minutes.
