1 (30 oz.) bag frozen hash browns
2 c. cubed ham
6 eggs beaten
1 c. milk
1 tsp. seasoning salt
1 (8 oz.) Monterey jack cheese
1 (8 oz.) pepper jack cheese
4 tbsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Pour melted butter over hash browns and bake at 425º for 20 minutes.

Mix together meat, cheese, beaten eggs, milk and salt. Pour over the hash browns and bake at 350º for 45 min.
