1 gal. apple juice
1 gal. apple cider
2 c. white sugar
2 c. brown sugar
4 cinnamon sticks
pinch of apple pie spice
750 ml of 190 proof grain alcohol
750 ml of vodka

Directions:
Directions:
Cook juice, cider, sugars, and spices until almost boiling. Simmer for one hour with cover. Cool completely. Add alcohols, remove cinnamon sticks, and pour into glass jars. Store in refrigerator.
