1 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. peanut butter
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. flour
Directions:
Directions:
Cream the shortening with sugar. Add eggs and peanut butter and mix well. Sift flour, soda and salt together. Gradually add to creamed mixture. Form cookies and place on cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes in 400º oven.
