1 3/4 C sifted flour
3/4 C confectioner sugar
1/4 C Hershey's Cocoa
1 C (1/2 lb.) cold margarine or butter
1- 12 oz package Hershey's semi-sweet chocolate
1-14 oz Eagle brand condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 C. shelled walnuts chopped

Preheat oven to 350
In bowl combine flour, sugar, and cocoa.
Cut in margarine until crumbly.
Press in bottom of 13X9 inch pan. Bake 15 minutes or until
In saucepan or in microwave, melt 1 C chips with sweetened condensed milk and vanilla.
Pour over crust. Top with walnuts and remaining chips- press down firmly.
Bake 20 minutes until set.
Cool. Cut into bars.
