6 smoked herring
1 small onion
1 lime
1 tablespoon parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
Half chopped hot peppers
(Chunk-kay) with oil and garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Strip the herring into small pieces.
Add the chopped onions, parsley, salt and peppers.
Squeeze lime over and chunk-kay.
Make sandwiches and serve. Or serve on rice and dhall or with roti.

To chunk-kay is to:
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil and add 1 grain of garlic until brown.
Pour over herring mix.
