2 tsp dried yeast
1/2 tsp sugar
3/4 cup warm water
1 1/2 cups plain flour
1/2 cup cornflour
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine yeast, sugar and water in small bowl and cover, stand in warm place for 10 minutes or until frothy.
Sift flours and salt into bowl, stir in yeast mixture and oil, mix to a soft dough.
Turn dough onto floured surface, knead for 5 minutes or until smooth and elastic.
Rub extra oil around edge of bowl and place dough in bowl. Cover and stand in warm place for 1 hour or until dough has doubled in size.
Knead dough on floured surface until smooth then roll dough to fit pizza tray.
