2 1/2 to 3 lb. fryer
1- mediun onion ( chopped)
1- large container French Onion Dip
1-8oz. container Sour Cream
1-can Cream of Mushroon Soup
1- stack of saltines (crushed)
melted butter( I use Country Crock Squeeze margarine)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken until falls off bones,cool,Pam spray a 9 by 13 dish.layer meat in the bottom.In another bowl, mix french onion dip, sour cream,and mushroom soup. Put chipped onion on top of chicken,add sour cream mixture. put crushed saltines on top,and pour melted butter on top.Bake at 350% about 30 minutes or until bubbly and lightly browned on top
