Ingredients:
Ingredients:
(a copycat recipe from Cinnabon, very, very good)

1 Cup warm milk (110 degrees)
2 eggs, room temperature
1/3 cup butter, melted
4 ½ cups bread flour
1 tsp. salt
½ cup white sugar
2 ½ tsp. bread machine yeast

1 cup brown sugar, packed
2 ½ Tbsp. ground cinnamon
1/3 cup butter, softened

1 pkg cream cheese, softened
¼ cup butter, softened
1 ½ cups confectioner’s sugar
½ tsp. vanilla extract
1/8 tsp. salt

Directions:
1. Place ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select dough cycle; press start.
2. Once dough is done, turn it out onto a lightly floured surface, cover and let rest for 10 minutes.
3. In a small bowl combine brown sugar and cinnamon
4. Roll dough into a 16x21 inch rectangle. Spread dough with 1/3 cup butter and sprinkle evenly with mixture. Roll up dough tightly and cut into 12-15 rolls (I use dental floss to cut).
5. Place rolls in a lightly greased baking pan.
6. Cover and let rise until nearly doubled, about 30 minutes
Or to speed to process, I place the rolls in a cold oven and set the temperature at 400. This allows them some slow heat to rise and then are just the right size to bake. Bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until lightly golden brown.
7. Prepare the frosting, beat together cream cheese, butter add confectioners sugar, salt and vanilla.
8. Spread frosting over warm rolls.

*Can be frozen; put rolls in pan and cover with aluminum foil. Put in freezer up to 1 month.
Remove the night before and thaw in refrigerator. Remove from frig. about 30 minutes before baking. Bake in cold oven at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
