2 cups cooked wild rice
1-2 cups cooked brown rice
1-cup chopped celery
1-cup chopped carrot
1-onion chopped
Dash of garlic powder
Salt/Pepper
¼ cup butter or olive oil
1 can mushrooms (or fresh)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 ¼ cup chicken broth
4 cups cooked and cubed chicken (turkey)
Milk-for desired consistency
(I use skim milk, but you can use whole milk or cream for a richer flavor)

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare rice according to directions (I use chicken part chicken broth for additional flavor) This usually takes about 1 hour.

Melt butter and sauté celery, carrots then mushrooms;
Mix soup, 1 cup chicken broth and milk together
Add vegetables, chicken, rice to soup mixture
Add additional milk or chicken broth until you achieve the desired consistency
Simmer for about 30 minutes (don’t boil)
