Crust:
1 c. flour
1 stick butter, softened
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Layer 1:
8 oz. cream cheese
1 small Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar

Layer 2:
1 pkg. chocolate fudge instant pudding
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
3 c. milk

Layer 3:
Cool Whip

Directions:
Mix flour, butter and nuts. Pour into 9x13 pan. Bake for 10-15 min. Cool. Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip. Blend thoroughly. Spoon into cooled crust and spread over entire surface. Combine instant pudding mix and milk. Mix until thick. Pour over creamed cheese layer. Chill for 10 min. Add a layer of Cool Whip and sprinkle with nuts. Refrigerate.
