1 cup dry milk
3 cups cold water
1-6 oz can frozen orange juice concentrate
1/2 tsp vanilla
5-6 ice cubes, crushed

OR

2 cups orange juice
1/2 cup powdered milk
1/2 cup crushed ice
2 T sugar, honey, or agave
1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend till frothy. Serve immediately.

Makes 3-1 cup servings.
Is low in calories and high in calcium.
150 calories. Excellent source of Calcium, B-vitamins and vitamin C.

When I was pregnant this is a recipe that my doctor handed out to his patients. It had all the things pregnant women need extra of (and it tastes good, too), calcium, B-vitamins (helps with morning sickness) and extra C.
