1 package Duncan Hines white cake mix
1 cup milk
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp. coconut extract
Cool Whip or real whipped cream
Flaked coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Grease 9x13 pan. Bake cake as directed.
While cake is baking, combine milk, sugar and coconut extract. Bring to a boil, then set aside.

When cake is done and still warm, prick all over with a fork,. Pour milk/sugar mixture over all of the cake. Cool and refrigerate.

When cool, frost with whipped cream and sprinkle with 3 ounces of coconut.

Refrigerate and cut into squares.
