1 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
2 egg whites
2 T. water
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 lb. pecan halves

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 250º. Line large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
In a zip-lock bag, combine sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Set aside.
In a large bowl whisk together egg whites, water, and vanilla. Add pecans to bowl and stir until all pecans are moistened. Using a slotted spoon, remove from egg mixture and drop into bag with cinnamon/sugar mixture. Seal bag and shake. Remove pecans and place on foil-lined baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Remove from oven and cool. Store in airtight container.
