Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb. browned hamburger and onions
1 pound cooked pasta (if using angel hair pasta, you may want to use 1 1/2 pounds)
45 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 can evaporated milk (15-16 ozs.)
4 T. butter
4 T. flour
salt and pepper
grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare pasta according to directions. Mix browned hamburger, onions, spaghetti sauce and cooked pasta in large pan. In small pan, melt butter on low heat and add flour. Add in salt in pepper, if desired. Add 1/2 can of evaporated milk and thicken. Add more milk if necessary. Add in cheese in small amounts stirring constantly until cheese is melted.

Add 1/2 of meat and pasta mixture in 9X13 baking dish. Add in 1/2 of cheese sauce and spread over spaghetti. Add remaining pasta mixture and add remaining cheese sauce and spread over spaghetti. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese (I prefer freshly grated). Bake in oven at 350º for 20-25 minutes or until cheese sauce is bubbling and cheese is browned.

Personal Notes:
I use the 45 oz. jar of spaghetti sauce because I like a lot of sauce and it is better when re-heated. This casserole freezes well. This recipe can also be cut in half if you aren't feeding an army!!
