12 oz. pork sausage
4 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
2 T. flour
3 - 4 oz. cans chilies
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
12 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage in skillet; drain and crumble. Toss Monterey Jack cheese and flour together in zip-lock bag. Sprinkle into ungreased 4 qt. baking dish. Layer chilies, Cheddar cheese and sausage over cheese mixture. Combine eggs and milk in a bowl; mix well. Pour over casserole. Refrigerate, covered for up to 24 hours. Preheat over to 350º. Bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes or until mixture is puffed and egg custard is set. Serve immediately.
