2 boxes (20 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, drain in a colander several hours to thaw and/or over night to dry out
1 container (16 oz.) sour cream*
1 cup Hellmann'sŪ or Best FoodsŪ Real Mayonnaise
1 package KnorrŪ Vegetable recipe mix (I cheat and use the No name brand of vegetable soup mix)
1 can (8 oz.) water chestnuts, drained and chopped (optional)
3 green onions, chopped (optional)

Combine all ingredients and chill about 2 hours. Serve with your favorite dippers!

*TIP: To lighten up dip, substitute 1 container (16 oz.) nonfat plain Greek yogurt.
Be creative with your optional Items. I have added all sorts of extras such as frozen peas, bacon bits, mushrooms, and serve it in the Hawaiian bread bowls; just do what you like to make it your "go to" dip.
