Crust:
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 c. flour
1 1/4 c. coconut
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped pecans

Filling:
2 pkg. coconut instant pudding
1 1/2 c. milk
1 qt. vanilla ice cream, softened
1 Cool Whip (12 oz.)
1/4 c. coconut, toasted

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together crust ingredients. Pour into greased 13x9 pan. Bake at 350º for 25 to 30 min., stirring every 10 min. to form coarse crumbs. Cool completely.
In mixing bowl, beat milk and pudding mixes on low for 2 min. Add ice cream and beat just until combined. Pour over crumb mixture and refrigerate for 10 to 15 min. Spread Cool Whip over the top and sprinkle toasted coconut on top. Refrigerate.
