1 lb. Rigatoni Pasta
3/4 stick Butter
1 tsp. fresh Garlic
1 small Onion
1 Pinch Red Pepper
1 Pinch Fresh Basil
3/4 c. Vodka
1 Can Redpack whole tomatoes
1 pint Heavy Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Saute butter, onion and garlic until onions are soft.
Add red pepper, basil and all the vodka and saute for 10 mins.
Meanwhile crush tomatoes with hand.
Once alcohol has burned off add in Tomatoes and Heavy cream. Simmer on low heat for 30 mins allowing sauce to thicken.
Boil pasta with a pinch of salt as per directions on box and drain.
Pour over pasta in large serving bowl and top with lots of grated cheese.
