Ingredients:  
4 Med. Squash
1/4 tsp. Salt
1 Egg
1 small jar Cheese Wiz
1/2 c. Mayo

Topping:
1 Sleeve Ritz Crackers
1 stick Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cut tops and bottoms off squash, slice lengthwise and cube.
Cover with water, add salt and cook until tender.
Drain and add Cheese Wiz while still hot.
In another bowl mix 1 egg and Mayo.
Pour squash and egg mixture into casserole dish.

Topping:
Crumbles cracker and mix together with melted butter.
Place on top of casserole.
Bake at 350 for 35 minutes
