1 cup diced carrots
1/2 cup diced celery
3 cup cubed potatoes
12 cup water
1 medium onion
1 cup of milk
3 Tbsp flour
3 Tbsp butter
chicken soup base
salt and pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Boil celery, carrots and potatoes until done. Add milk, Fry onions in butter until clear. add flour and then stir to make paste. add this to celery, carrots, milk, potatoes and water. Add chicken base, salt and pepper to taste.
