12 oz (354 ml) can partly skimmed evaporated milk
1/2 cup sugar
3 tbsp white vinegar
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp water

Directions:
Directions:
Heat evaporated milk with sugar, vinegar and garlic powder. Bring to a gentle boil.

Stir together cornstarch and water, then stir into sauce. Stir until thickened (about 1 minute).

Cool sauce and refrigerate until ready to serve.
