4 c Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved lengthwise(1 lb)
2 T olive oil
1T balsamic vinegar
2T Parmesan cheese grated
1 T piinenuts or more ( or other nut of choice)
juice of half lemon (about 1 tsp spoon)
3/4 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Directions:
Preheat oven to 450º. place sprouts in mixing bowl and toss with oil and balsamic mixture; spray roasting pan with oil oil or nonstick spray; arrange sprouts in single layer in pan; roast 15-20 minutes; turning once till golden brown around edges; when nearly done sprinkle with nuts; drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste; before serving
