2 Tbsp Flour
1/4 tsp. Salt
1 1/2 tsp. Olive oil
3 medium Carrots
2 large Celery Ribs
1 Bottle Dry Champagne
3 c. Chicken Broth
1/2 tsp. dried Thyme
2 Tbsp. Minced fresh Parsley
8 oz Wide Noodles
4 Skinless Chicken Breasts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, salt & pepper in plastic bag, add chicken and shake.
Heat oil in dutch oven, add chicken and cook until golden brown. Add all remaining ingredients EXCEPT Noodles and simmer for 40 minutes.
Boil water and cook noodles as directed, drain.
Place noodles on plate and cover with stew.
