4 Eggs
1 C milk
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper/nutmeg
1- 10 oz package frozen spinach: chopped, thawed, and drained
1 C shredded Swiss
Directions:
Directions:
Bake unfilled shell 400º- 5 minutes. Set aside.
Combine all ingredients. Pour into shell.

Bake 425º- 10 min
325º- 25 min
