5 lg. Sweet Potatoes (Boil & Peel)
1 c. Sugar
1 c. Milk
2 Eggs
6 Tbsp. Butter cubed
2 tsp. Vanilla

Topping
1 c. Dark Brown Sugar
2/3 c. All Purpose Flour
4 Tbsp. Butter
1 c. Chopped Pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Cut potato into chunks, combine with egg, vanilla, sugar, milk and cubed butter. Don't smash potatoes.
Mix together and dump into a greased 13 x 9 casserole dish.

Topping:
Combine brown sugar & flour, cut in 4 tbsp. of butter until it becomes course crumbs. Stir in nuts and sprinkle on top of potato mixture.

Bake 45 minutes at 350
