1 1/2 lbs. boneless beef stew
1/2 c beef broth
3 T paprika
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
3 lge onions chopped (3 cups)
2 lge cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 can (14..5) diced tomatoes, undrained
1/4 c cold water
2T flour
6 c cooked egg noodles

in lge Dutch oven or 12' skillet, heat oil over medium heat; saute beef in oil about 15min stirring occasionally, until brown; drain. Stir in remaining ingredients except water, flour and noodles; heat to boiling, reduce heat, cover and simmer about 1hr 15 min, stirring occasionally until beef is tender; blend water and flour and stir into beef mixture; heat to boiling stirring constantly; boil and stir 1 minute; serve over noodles
