Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Blend together:
1 c. sugar
½ c. shortening
Add:
2 eggs
1c. sour milk
2 c. flour
1 t. baking soda
1 t. vanilla
Rind of one orange
1 c. chopped raisins
Directions:
Directions:
Mix well. Pour into 13x9 pan and bake for 25-30 minutes. While cake is baking mix together ½ c. orange juice and ½ c. sugar. Pour over warm cake.
