6 egg whites (room temp)
1 T flour
1 t. dry mustard
¼ t. pepper
1 t. worchestershire sauce
6 egg yolks (beaten)
10 ½ oz cream of mushroom soup
1 can of salmon, drained and flaked
1/8 t. cream of tarter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 1 ½ qt casserole dish. Put a larger pan with one inch of water in oven that the greased casserole will fit into. In saucepan mix dry ingredients worchestershire and egg yolks and soup. Cook over low heat for 8-10 minutes until thick and smooth. Add salmon. Cool. Beat egg whites and cream of tartar. Fold into salmon mixture. Pour into greased pan and set in larger pan. Bake for one hour.
