Directions:
Cook chicken pieces generously with dark sesame oil. Place and a covered pan with 1/8 inch water on the bottom. Dust with black pepper. Grant equal portion salt, anise seed, and smoked black tea leaves in a mortar pestle. Dust chicken with this mixture. Simmer well for 25 min. on top of the stove adding small amounts of water as needed.
